Formation filing fee
New Mexico's LLC Act sets the fee for filing original Articles of Organization and issuing a certificate of organization at $50 (NMSA 1978 § 53-19-63(A)).
All business filings are now made online through the Secretary of State's Business Filing System portal; the Secretary of State says it no longer accepts paper filings for business applications (NM SOS Business Services). Card payments may carry a portal convenience fee, which is not set in the statute.
